Great photos.... more please...
Loving it!
Could you write where these photos were taken? I would like to drive out to some of the places...
Wow Amer. Thanks for sharing these. I was out in the rain yesterday too, drove up Jebal Hafeet and got caught in a heavy downpour. I didn't get many photos so can I post a link to these on my blog?
I too enjoy the ENHG outings, I think we were on one together at the base of Jebal Hafeet earlier in the year.
Thanks again!
Jules

Thanks for the lovely pics, Amer, I have sent them to all our family & friends in Australia.
Best to you, Cerri.
I'm loving this! hope it lasts for ever! I won't get bored or fed up of it, I promise! the sound of the rain has such an ability to make me peacful & in love even with my enemies!!
Thank you for sharing this view of Al Ain and area that we so seldom see.
Hey Amer -- very well done -- great variety of places and photos -- nice mix of nature and urban -- really nice - thanks for posting them - Dave
Great pictures! love the rain but wished that Al Ain has a better draining system! thanks 4 the pics.
wow - awesome, although not a good time to be caught in a wadi!
My husband made up a little song about the rain last year. It makes me laugh on the rare occasions when it is appropriate.
When theres's rain
In Al Ain
It's a pain
There's no drain
It's insane
Here is the Oman version - not a much rain its seems - though we have had a few unfortunate deaths in Muscat.
Its still raining - and probably will be Tuesday as well

Those are great photos of watery Al Ain. Thanks for sharing.
The other day I opted to take some pictures of the sky after the rain,i feel sad looking at the gloomy sky but looking at those photos of yours, I find it appealing and fascinating.
Have a nice day.
woooooooow ...thank you guys for your comment ..i am the happiest person over here :)
the rain was so exciting i really likes it a lot and the alain Sky with full of darks clouds and rain rain rain :)
Its very great and interesting pictures and even I am in Al Ain, I couldnt see the raining (its my mistake)!
I love the rain music..
I supposed to say wow, but I know that kind of rain is very devastating specially here in Oman. For the 3 days of straight rain alone, I think Oman losses 6 lives
I'm sorry I missed the rain by 18 months ... it looks lovely. As usual your photos are excellent Amer and capture the moment well.
Thank you.
Your pictures are awesome and though it has been almost 10 yrs it brought back fresh memories of Alain, a place very close to my heart.
Thank u
I would like to read a bit more on this site soon. BTW, rather good design you have at this site, but what do you think about changing it once in a few months?
